All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Please read full policy before requesting return.
If you are not happy with your Paperproducts Design purchase, we will accept a return for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased your product from a 3rd party retailer we are unable to accept your return.
Product must be received in perfect/resalable condition including all gift boxes and protective sleeves. If product is damaged in shipping to our facility you will need to file a claim with your shipping carrier and we will not be responsible for damages.
Please note that it takes 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an e-mail from Paperproeucts Design confirming this.
Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. Paperproducts Design will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).
Please enclose a copy of the order receipt, packing slip, or invoice. We will credit for the product only once received.
For returns please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an authorization code and return address.
All returns will only be credited to the original purchasing credit card number.
Paperproducts Design currently ships all packages from our warehouse in Novato, California using FedEx or USPS. We typically ship orders in 3-5 business days. Please refer to the map below for estimated transit time from our warehouse. Typically ground shipping to anywhere in the continental US takes 3-7 business days.
Note: Some oversized items may incur additional charges.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
Limitation of Liability
Paperproducts Design shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Paperproducts Design has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of Paperproducts Design Inc USA. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Paperproducts Design. Any use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Paperproducts Design. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.
Making a product utilizing PPD’s licensed products in the process and then selling that product is illegal and constitutes a copyright infringement which is subject to legal action.
